QUICK STIRFRY WITH RICE
- 1 cup rice
- Butter (1 Tbsp)
- Minced Garlic
- Stirfry Vegetables
- Teriaki Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Chicken Stock (1 Tbsp.)
- Boil water and begin cooking rice with a pad of butter. This prevents the rice from sticking. Cover.
- Begin browning to chicken. Add a little chicken stock, soy sauce, garlic, and teriaki to the mix. Continue to brown. Add the stirfry vegetables. Cover.
- Let the chicken mixture cooking for about 10 minutes on medium. Go with your instincts on this. You don’t want to overcook the vegetables, but you don’t want them frozen, either.
- Put the cooked rice on a plate. Add the chicken and vegetables. Add soy sauce to taste. You won’t need salt.
