Over the years, I have had my hand in multiple projects. I have also taken on my fair share of more than one job at a time. At my busiest, I was working in my mother’s real estate office, running … Continue reading
Hey guys, I know that it has been a week since I posted last but hey, when the times are lean I can jump online during the work week and blog to my heart’s content. But when sellers and buyers are calling, I have to answer. And what a whirlwind it has been! The dry season is over and I am finally getting buyers under contract. It really is a great feeling. I have been “working from home” all weekend but term really should be used lightly. I have seen since Friday about 35 homes. Yes, that many. All the while, we finished up Vagina Monologues at Three Bone Theatre with ALL SHOWS SOLD OUT! Hurray! I am glad for the break, I really am but now that my nights are open, you know what I’m doing? Resting. It’s important to do.
I have been fighting with myself for some time over a certain subject:To Rent or Sell. I know I have a ton of home improvements to do either way. But right now until I start closing some houses, I don’t really have the funds. Tim and I are talking about one day moving in together but I think we have another year/ year and a half before that idea comes to fruition. So no money pretty much equals not that many bang for your buck projects.
Also, I celebrated 4 years in my home this past Friday. It’s been awesome! I am ready more than ever now to get things exactly the way I want them so I can truly enjoy them before I move up in the world.
So that’s where I am right now. I will be back soon, I promise.
Today I had the pleasure of touring the newest wedding venue in Lancaster County. It’s actually located in Van Wyck: The Ivy Place. Situated just off highway 5 in Van Wyck, this tucked away southern secret is quite the charmer. … Continue reading
This post is dedicated to everyone affected by the terrorism in Boston. It’s disheartening to find so many lives of people who have such a high value for life lost and hurt by those who clearly have no cares for … Continue reading

Good morning, everyone! It’s my favorite day of the week, Wednesday! Mainly because tomorrow I get a FULL DAY OFF! Oh me, the excitement is killing me. It’s also a great day for geeks everywhere, because I am going to … Continue reading
I don’t know who else has this problem, but my condo is a hotbed for pests. Mainly little bugs to be exact. I don’t usually wake up in the middle of the night to find a gigantic roach on my … Continue reading
It’s unreal that I am writing about this, because it feels like only yesterday she was in diapers, running around in cowboy boots, and lugging a ton of purses. However, today my little sister is 21 years old. I am … Continue reading
Hey guys. I am swamped this week. Mom and I are cranking it out here at the office and Vagina Monologues goes into production next week. On top of that, I will be running the office all on my own starting Wednesday so sadly the blog has to take a back seat for a little bit. Yesterday I worked from 10 until 9:30, so I literally have no time for projects. I came home last night and collapsed. I will use this week to get a few posts together for next week. Who knows, I might even be able to double up. Until next Monday, my friends:
