I love working on flyers for houses, but there is only so much you can do with paper. I like to delve further when it comes to my listings, and it has been a while since I have featured a home on my blog. This week, I give you 2295 Watts Drive…a house so awesome, I would totally buy it…like yesterday!
When you drive up, all you see is green…the trees…the 1.94 acres of land…it’s gorgeous. And with the acreage, you have quite a bit of privacy. And check out how sleek the roof looks; it was replaced just last year! What you don’t see in the photo: there is a carport as well as a storage building for lawn equipment.

Through the kitchen is the spacious dining room, which also has ceramic tile floors. With it being open to the kitchen as well as the family room, the living area floorplan is perfect for everyday functionality as well as entertaining family and friends.
The family room is so homey and warm with hardwood floors. The sun from the windows make the floors just shine…
The television is intended to stay with the house upon an acceptable offer. Not a bad closing gift at all! You have a coat closet and a short stroll up the stairs leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
All the bathrooms in this house have been updated. You have the ceramic tile floors, the five-star hotel style vanities and sinks…I could get used to living like this. So easy to clean, too. The hall bathroom includes shower/tub combination…
Off the master suite (that includes a walk-in closet) the totally renovated and recently finished master bathroom is breathtaking. Seriously, folks, I WISH I had a before photo of this room before the renovation took place. The oversized shower is ready to go! Plenty of places for your shampoo bottles.
The sinks and the vanity are my favorite. I have a thing for glass bowl sinks, I just do. And check out the updated faucets! And the light fixtures? I mean, really, this is something I would see in a magazine!
9 times out of 10, buyer clients want an extra room to have set aside for a “man cave” or a playroom, billiard room, craft room, storage room…I mean, the list goes on and on. The finished basement is twice as nice because it has walk-out access as well as inside access AND it has an additional storage room set aside for when company comes over and you need to hide your stuff away for the weekend. If I had a basement like this, I would have a field day with it. Think of all the possibilities…
Off the back of the house is a great deck, perfect for grilling out, reading a book in the shade of the trees on a warm afternoon, watching the clouds go by…I don’t know what it is about this house but the clouds are ten times fluffier and pretty over this house. Check out the picture below!
If you weren’t sold on the house yet, here’s the hit beyond the fence and out of the park: the saltwater in-ground pool and patio enclosed with a privacy fence. Look how inviting the water looks…it may be fall, but it’s the fall in the South. It’s 80 degrees outside and this pool is calling my name. Imagine all the great Summer afternoons you could have hear, all the pool parties. It’s just awesome. And the pool pump was recently replaced, as well.
